A Registered Firearms Dealer, Jim Black deals in Beretta, Browning and Miroku shotguns as well as Sako and Tikka rifles. He always has a small selection of second-hand shotguns for sale. He also buys and sells second hand guns and is looking forward to expanding this role in the shop section of the new clubhouse. Friendly expert advice is on hand to allow you to try before you buy on the championship standard layout here at Braidwood.

Major stockists of Eley, Express, Hull and Gamebore Cartridges for both Clay and Game shooting, we sell plastic and felt wad, all gauges and all loads. Bulk purchases discounted - ask for a quote.

We also supply all types of clay targets and the full range of Laporte and Promatic automatic Traps.

Price List

Practise rate (for the safe competent shot unaccompanied or unsupervised): £25.00 per 100 targets, Members: £20.00

Cartridge prices vary according to the type, speed, loading and quantity purchased but start at £4.00 for a single box of 25 and around £135 per 1000.

Lessons and tuition for beginners and experienced shots wishing to improve or brush up are available by appointment.

Introductory sessions are priced inclusive of cartridges, clays, use of the gun and coaching at £35.00 per 25 shots and £55 for 50.

Lessons are charged at £35.00 per session plus clays and cartridges charged separately at the rates indicated previously.
