If you've visited recently you'll know that Catering Manager, Selena, has introduced a new improved regular menu with the addition of hearty home cooked daily specials. Don't panic - you can still get that breakfast or bacon roll! You can also enjoy some different starters and desserts or just forget the calories and try the homebaking. Delighted to report that I managed to 'steal' a wee slice of fresh cream and raspberry gateau on Easter Sunday. Sponge layers as light as a feather - surely no calories? mmmmmm...........

Work is carried out in his workshop offsite with regular pick ups and drop offs at the Braidwood shop. Perhaps now would be a good time to think about having your game gun serviced before locking it away till next season?

For Sale

You might have heard on the grapevine or maybe even have seen an advert. Sadly it's true.  The reason for sale is purely a decision to retire.  With the help of our staff we have worked our socks off getting to where we are now, thoroughly enjoying ourselves in the process.  Despite the general economic conditions the business continues to grow.  We’ve currently got 600+ ground members.  Until very recently we hadn’t given any thought to what happens next  till one of customers made a comment about how busy the place is and did we have someone to take over?  That prompted us to think about the future and what it holds.  None of our family are interested in shooting, all having their own lives and careers, and so it seems like now’s the time for someone else to follow on and take the business forward.   Meantime it's busines as usual and you'll always be welcome!

Braidwood occupies just over 40 acres, is located 45 miles from Edinburgh, and is offered with vacant possession. The sale includes a modern, three-bedroom family house, clubhouse incorporating a 100+ seater restaurant/coffee shop, busy gun shop. country clothing store and cartridge warehouse.
